Turn Time:  The typical appraisal takes approximately 3 to 5 days to complete depending on how quickly the appraiser can gain access to the property.  Rush orders are available upon request and may require an additional charge.  More complex properties generally take 1 to 2 weeks to complete.  Exteriors, Field Reviews, Desk Reviews, Operating Income & Rent Surveys generally take 1 to 3 days.
